Meet Nardine
Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist helping couples navigate betrayal, conflict, and relationship Crossroads
Hello! My name is Nardine and I serve couples in Connecticut, Massachusetts, and Florida.
Over the years, I’ve worked with many couples who arrive feeling stuck, hurt, and unsure whether their relationship can recover. While every relationship is unique, the painful patterns couples experience are often more common and more workable than they initially believe.
My Approach
Couples often arrive in therapy feeling stuck in painful cycles where the same conversations repeat and neither partner feels fully understood.
My work focuses on helping couples slow those patterns down so that each partner can better understand what is happening beneath the surface of the conflict.
Using research-based couples therapy models, we work to:
Identify the negative cycle that keeps the relationship stuck
Understand the emotions and needs driving each partner’s reactions
Strengthened emotional safety and connection
Build new ways of responding to one another
The goal is not simply to improve communication, but to create deeper understanding
Professional Training
My work is grounded in several leading couples therapy models designed specifically for relationship repair.
